Sourcing & Procurement

We work directly with cooperatives and vetted smallholder networks across Nigeria's key producing belts — sesame in the north, cashew and cocoa in the middle belt, hibiscus in the north-west, ginger and soybean in the plateau states. Every farm on our roster is documented, GPS-mapped, and revisited each season.
Buyers get traceable origin, agreed grade specs before harvest, and pricing that reflects the real farmgate market — not opaque middleman markups. When a buyer's spec is unusual, we run trial lots before committing volume.

Processing & Packaging
Cleaning, grading and export-ready packaging that survives the long haul.
Between the farm gate and the container, product is cleaned, sorted, graded and moisture-checked in our processing partners' facilities. We work to internationally recognised grade tables (FAQ, EU standards, buyer-specific specs) and reject anything that doesn't meet the sheet.
Packaging is chosen for the crop and the voyage — jute for sesame and hibiscus, PP-lined bags for ginger and cashew, vacuum options for premium orders. Every bag is marked to the buyer's import requirements so clearance at destination is straightforward.

Export Documentation & Logistics
NEPC-registered exports, complete paperwork, and shipping that lands on time.
We are a NEPC-registered exporter with the customs, freight and inspection relationships needed to move product cleanly through Nigerian ports. We handle NXP forms, certificates of origin, phytosanitary certificates, SGS/BV inspections where required, and destination-market compliance paperwork.
Freight is booked with reliable shipping lines to Europe, Asia, the Middle East and North America — FCL and LCL, with routing chosen for cost, transit time and reliability. Buyers receive tracking, ETA updates, and a full document pack on shipment.
